We accept
and provide files in Word format. Our preference is to receive
hard copies via mail (P.O. Box 5642, Santa Barbara, CA 93150).
Lengthy manuscripts sent electronically will be charged extra
for printing.


Prices and
turnaround time listed on this site are general estimates. Carter
Writing Consultants reserves the right to adjust initial estimates
based on the level of service required. You have the right to
refuse the new estimate, and your unedited material will be returned.
Turnaround
time begins when the materials are received by Carter Writing
Consultants. If using regular mail, please include a SASE and
allow for appropriate delivery time.
Carter Writing Consultants performs the agreed upon work in a
timely manner.
One copy of the completed project is delivered to the client (additional
copies available at an extra cost).
You may pay
with credit card, check, or money order. All payments must be
in United States dollars. Credit card payments are made through
PayPal.
No materials
will be returned to you until your check has cleared, your money
order has been received, or your credit card has been processed.
If choosing a payment method other than a credit card, you should
factor in travel and clearing time when considering turnaround.
